Steve Cozart is the COO and co-founder of Brain Squared Solutions Inc and has more than 20 years of experience delivering communications and leadership training and spent over 15 years in the corporate environment at companies like Pacific Bell/SBC, New Edge Networks and Google before becoming an independent consultant and trainer. Steve has worked with the senior level teams at many Fortune 500 companies, as well as delivered training for large groups of mid-level managers. He has experience in systems engineering, technical marketing, project management, consulting and business ownership.

Steve is also the Co-founder, COO and Director of Photography of SLC Talent Factory. Steve is an award winning commercial and fashion photographer and a highly sought after commercial actor and acting coach. Steve has appeared on hundreds of local, national and International network television shows, over 200 national TV commercials, music videos and feature films and is Executive Producer on several major motion pictures.
